Q: “Can I buy prints instantly?”

Yes you certainly can! Apply for an account with us and you're ready to go..

Q: “How do I make a purchase?”

It's as simple as this:

-Select the prints you want to buy and add them to your basket

-Make payment with a credit or debit card

-After payment, you will be redirected to the confirmation page with a download link

-We also email you the link, which contains your prints, receipt and licensing agreement

Q: “What if I want to talk with a designer before I buy?”

No problem at all: we are here between 09.30 - 18.00, Monday to Friday (UK) Just hit 'Chat with us', bottom right, or access the calendar to book a Zoom meeting, we'd love to introduce ourselves and present the collection to you.

Q: “What if I want to browse and save my favourites?”

Hit the heart button and they will be saved to your likes for future reference and range building. You can also see your buying history in your Account.

Q: “Do I get a discount on multiple prints?”

Of course! We like to reward our loyal customers. The discounts are displayed next the pricing of each print and applied automatically at the checkout.

Q: “How does the 20% off Introductory Promotion work?”

New customers can apply their unique discount code at the checkout. If you are purchasing multiple prints, then the best price will apply ie. either the Introductory Promotion or multiples discount.

Q: “Is tax included?”

Yes

Q: “What if I need a fabric swatch?”

Our prices reflect the fact that we are fully digital. However if you want us to send you a fabric print of your design, just email us at info@studiorfh.com and we will take care if it for an additional fee of £20 GBP, including postage (UK only) (silk printed at 50cm x 65cm - please allow for shrinkage) Usually with you within 5 working days.

Q: “How are my prints formatted?"

You will be sent a fully layered 300dpi PSD with the tiles embedded, additionally we send 2 separate print-ready seamless repeat jpeg tiles so you can get started quickly. Check for the tile size in each listing page. We always supply 2 colour options to get the creativity flowing and give you maximum use of your files.

Q: “What if I have an issue with my file(s)?"

If you have technical queries or in the eventuality that you have an issue with your files - please get in contact with us via the 'Chat with us' button or send us an email at info@studiorfh.com and we will rectify any issues as soon as we possibly can. Ordinarily we don't offer an exchange or refund but we will always do our best to accommodate your wishes.
